A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Scheduling Coordinator (English/Spanish). Key Responsibilities Answer incoming patient calls in a high-volume environment Schedule patient appointments using established scripts and guidelines Accurately enter and update patient demographic and insurance information Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or high-volume call center Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Prior experience in appointment scheduling or health insurance (preferred) Familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems (a plus) Proficient with Excel and able to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously
