California Licensed Employment Attorney
A company is looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a caseload of employment-related matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and compliance
Advise clients on federal and state employment laws, company policies, risk mitigation, and HR best practices
Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, severance packages, and workplace policies
Represent clients in litigation, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
3-7 years of employment law experience, including litigation and/or advisory work
Strong knowledge of California and federal labor and employment laws
