A company is looking for a Customer Product Trainer - Legal to join their Customer Success team. Key Responsibilities Onboard and train customers on software, creating customized training programs Communicate regularly with customers to ensure their needs are met and they realize the full value of the software Manage customer accounts and provide support by answering questions and troubleshooting issues Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in legal technology or AI-based software Experience in developing and implementing training programs Interest in learning about new technology and software Experience working on cross-functional teams
