A company is looking for a Market Care Navigator to provide front-office support to clinical teams delivering care through in-home and virtual visits. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls and other forms of communication, routing messages to appropriate care team members Support medical records management, including processing faxes and maintaining patient documents Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and coordination of patient care activities Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting 1+ year of call center experience or equivalent work experience Certified/registered Medical Assistant or relevant experience preferred Proficiency in telephony and medical record systems, with knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
