Merchant Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Merchant Specialist responsible for managing and servicing accepting merchants while optimizing processes for efficiency. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily operations and implement improvements as needed Perform merchant maintenance and assist with technical and transactional issues Act as a liaison for merchant needs and ensure financial accuracy of merchant profiles Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years in a customer-facing role Experience with Microsoft and Google G-Suite products Proven organizational skills Must successfully pass a background investigation Support a diverse and inclusive work environment
