A company is looking for a Mobile Game Director to lead the mobile player experience for an unannounced cross-platform title. Key Responsibilities Lead the vision and creative direction for the mobile player experience in collaboration with senior leaders Define and refine the roadmap for mobile game development while ensuring player retention and monetization strategies Ensure high-quality development by partnering with teams across disciplines to deliver excellent software and player satisfaction Required Qualifications Experience shipping at least one AAA mobile title in a Director or Lead role Minimum of 10 years in the game industry, with at least 5 years in leadership positions Deep understanding of mobile player needs and their differences from PC and console players Demonstrated passion for games and knowledge of industry trends Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate development teams
