Project Specialist for Account Management
A company is looking for an Account Management Project Specialist to enhance client satisfaction and support customer initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships while engaging at all organizational levels
Act as a liaison for issue resolution and ensure alignment between customer needs and internal stakeholders
Source data and generate reports to support customer initiatives and track business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical purchasing, pharmacy technician, or supply chain
Preferred pharmacy technician certification or experience as a pharmaceutical buyer
Minimum of 2 years of experience within a pharmacy or healthcare finance department
Basic understanding of financial data related to customer accounts
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
