Key Responsibilities
Receive in-bound calls from customers and provide superior service
Listen to customers' concerns, solve problems, and provide empathetic resolutions
Take initiative to understand customer challenges and proactively assist in avoiding future issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support within a call center, banking, insurance, or sales environment
Minimum high school diploma or GED
Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment during work hours
Must complete a paid comprehensive training program as a condition of employment
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including late shifts
