Senior Manager, GTM Compensation

Key Responsibilities
Lead GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment
Develop and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
15+ years of industry experience, with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
Experience in compensation design for SaaS sales or during organizational transformations
Ability to build strong relationships and present recommendations to senior leaders
Strong analytical skills to assess data and understand business risks
Experience working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
