Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner
A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner to support the Product and Technology group.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive organizational effectiveness through talent strategy, KPI definition, and organizational design projects
Lead organizational and talent aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence and post-close integration
Develop and implement integrated organization designs and integration plans while managing talent retention and change management
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of HR or Organizational Effectiveness experience, focusing on organizational design, talent management, and change management
Experience supporting M&A activities and translating business objectives into talent and organizational decisions
Proven ability to develop and execute organizational and talent plans that enhance employee engagement and role alignment
Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and influencing decision-making
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with executives and HR functions
