Solutions Manager, HR Technology
A company is looking for a Solutions Manager, HR Technology with expertise in Workday Recruiting and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary authority for Workday configuration within Recruiting & Talent and Performance
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new Workday features and enhancements
Partner with HR and Talent Management leaders to refine system workflows and analytics aligned with talent strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent HRIS experience
3+ years of functional configuration experience in Workday (Recruiting, HCM, and Talent & Performance)
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition AI tools and other talent-related HR technologies
Workday PRO certification preferred
