US Benefits Manager
A company is looking for a US Benefits Manager who will lead the US healthcare strategy and manage the delivery of benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the US healthcare strategy in alignment with company goals and budget
Manage benefit offerings to attract and retain talent while controlling costs
Oversee US Open Enrollment and manage the 401(k) retirement program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent experience
6-8+ years of Benefits or related business experience
Advanced knowledge of Workday, including benefits plan configuration
Experience with Fidelity's PSW 401(k) platform preferred
Previous experience with payroll systems preferred
