A company is looking for a Billing & Collections Manager to oversee its Billing department and manage team operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee a team of analysts to ensure compliance with established policies Collaborate on special projects including system implementations and optimizations Coach and develop team members while addressing gaps in processes and controls Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in a billing role, with 2+ years in a leadership position in a SaaS or similar environment Experience managing and reviewing the work of others Proficiency in G Suite and Excel Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without any Visa sponsorship
