Right now, the EAK Distribution team is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Head of Creative Strategy & Brand Experience. You will manage day-to-day creative deliverables, lead the creative team, and ensure consistency across all visual and written content. As well as driving brand strategy, creative direction, and conversion optimization across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok. YOUR 90-DAY NORTH-STAR MISSION Audit & Align: Refresh brand guidelines and unify visuals across Amazon, Shopify, and social. Launch Playbook: Ship a repeatable “Idea-to-Listing” creative playbook, cutting launch timelines by 30%. Quick-Win Tests: Run A/B experiments that lift click-through rate (CTR) by 10 % on two hero SKUs (e.g., Patio Salad Kit, Culinary Herb Trio). THE ROLE More specifically, in this role, you will: Creative Leadership & Team Management: Lead, manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (graphic designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and content creators). Foster innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth. Set clear performance goals and expectations for team members. Perform daily reviews of graphic and content submissions, approving or requesting revisions. Provide detailed, constructive feedback to ensure quality, brand consistency, and creative effectiveness. Content Creation & Brand Consistency: Develop visually appealing product listings and persuasive copy optimized for Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and other marketing platforms. Occasionally provide hands-on graphic design support during peak periods or specialized projects. Maintain a robust, organized catalog of creative assets aligned with brand identity. Ensure consistent application of established brand guidelines and messaging across all customer touchpoints. Strategic Direction & Conversion Optimization: Define and uphold the brand's overarching vision, identity, and strategy across platforms. Continually refine branding strategy based on consumer insights, market trends, and emerging opportunities. Provide strategic guidance on creative campaigns and product launches to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and performance metrics (CTR, CVR). Workflow Management & Collaboration: Direct and streamline creative workflows between Product Development, Marketing, and external partners. Maintain organized project timelines using project management tools. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely project delivery. Facilitate efficient communication and collaboration across internal departments and external agencies. Compliance & Platform Expertise: Ensure all creative outputs adhere strictly to Amazon's and other platforms’ policies, guidelines, and legal requirements. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To excel in this role, you need to have:
Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

4+ years of proven experience in a senior creative leadership or management role (Creative Director, Art Director, Senior Creative Manager, or similar), ideally within e-commerce or D2C brands.

Proven track record in brand-building, creative strategy, and conversion optimization with measurable results.
Technical & Strategic Skills:

Fluent visual communicator—able to convey core messages through static, motion, and interactive creative.

Strong understanding of how creative decisions impact click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and overall sales performance.

Hands-on experience conducting A/B testing, analyzing data insights, and refining creative assets to boost conversions.

Proficiency in graphic design, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Familiarity with video editing tools, photography best practices, and e-commerce SEO fundamentals.

Experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and TikTok.
