Key Responsibilities Coordinate strategy and application ownership of tools and systems for contact center consultants Develop and deliver a strategic vision for consultant systems to enhance efficiency and satisfaction Identify, implement, and evaluate technologies and processes aligned with business goals for operational excellence Required Qualifications A minimum of nine years of experience in back-end business systems and at least two years in a leadership role OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of six years of experience in back-end business systems and at least two years in a leadership role Experience in researching and implementing emerging technologies Proven ability to ensure systems are effective and aligned with business goals Strong leadership experience in building and managing teams
