A company is looking for a Capital Markets Director, Institutional Sales. Key Responsibilities Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with institutions to grow Prosper's funding base Design and implement proactive sales strategies, meeting targets for revenue and client engagement Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to transaction execution, including structuring and negotiating capital market transactions Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in institutional relationship management and transaction oversight Deep industry knowledge of marketplace lending and investment products Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment Existing relationships with banks, insurance companies, or asset management clients BA/BS in a related field; MBA/CFA is preferred
