Client Experience Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who will manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
Key Responsibilities
Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
Organize transaction details and serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders throughout the closing process
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems effectively
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience in providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
