Client Experience Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to enhance client onboarding and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and train new clients on Carefeed's solutions for effective use
Provide ongoing support as the primary contact for assigned client communities
Create and customize client communications, including templates and calendars
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in a client success, customer service, or technical support role
Familiarity with the healthcare industry and SaaS solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Adobe
Experience with DocuSign and Canva is a plus
