Key Responsibilities Handle routine customer service inquiries via telephone, digital, or chat channels Assist over 100+ customers daily with inquiries related to card services and account management Utilize multiple systems to troubleshoot and document customer inquiries while following standard procedures Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of customer service experience Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones Ability to remain stationary for extended periods Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
