Customer Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to provide support and coordination for customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to customer requests, ensuring effective communication and timely service delivery
Schedule and process equipment service requests, including preventive maintenance and follow-up on service events
Provide visibility to data accuracy and present results to management while serving as a point of contact for escalation and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree with 2+ years of experience in customer service or High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Outlook
Proficiency in software for order entry and data management, such as SAP, Service Max, and Maximo is desirable
Exceptional analytical and Excel skills
Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills and ability to adapt to change
