Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Provide timely support through various channels, including chat, email, and phone, while collaborating with internal teams
Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the customer Knowledge Base to improve service efficiency
Required Qualifications
2+ years of technology customer support experience
Experience in technology or automotive industries preferred
Proficient in computer software and Microsoft Office applications
Basic knowledge of automobile terminology and sales documentation is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
