Key Responsibilities Answer high volume incoming calls from members in need of roadside assistance, providing exceptional customer service Accurately input member information and utilize online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations Identify special handling situations and provide clear information on service details and estimated arrival times Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma or equivalent One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Stable, high-speed internet connection required Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
