A company is looking for an Accountant I- Equity. Key Responsibilities Assist in the upkeep of the equity program database and maintain the company capitalization table Support the equity program by running reports and updating data for executive leadership Manage monthly closing of financial records and assist with payroll accounting duties Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting 1-3 years of related experience Proficiency in Excel is required Experience with DocuSign or similar programs is preferred Understanding of account reconciliations
