A company is looking for a Fraud Analyst to manage chargebacks and ensure user safety in a fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Monitoring and creating chargeback records Overseeing chargeback recovery and managing disputes in a timely manner Performing manual fraud reviews and updating fraud policies based on new patterns Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business At least 4 years of credible experience in chargebacks, disputes, and fraud Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel Strong understanding of privacy and security Proficiency in writing and speaking in English
