Group Product Manager

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager, Wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Lead the wellbeing product team and manage member Rewards features and strategy to enhance user engagement Participate in strategic roadmap planning and collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to improve health experiences Measure program performance and redefine the Rewards and Redemption strategy to support member health outcomes Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years as a Group Product Manager Six or more years working as a product manager in an agile software development environment, preferably in digital wellbeing or healthcare Experience with product design, service design, and/or design thinking is a plus Knowledgeable in SaaS software and user-centered, data-driven approaches Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and conversion funnels strongly preferred
