A company is looking for a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance proactive defense strategies and improve security posture in a remote role. Key Responsibilities Design and implement cybersecurity and access management solutions to protect systems and data Lead optimization of cybersecurity initiatives and collaborate with IT and business units on access control processes Support external audits and regulatory assessments, including penetration testing Required Qualifications Must be clearable to SECRET clearance level 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting cybersecurity programs Strong understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, and data architecture Experience with NIST 800-171, CMMC, or similar cybersecurity frameworks 2+ years of experience in Threat Detection, Incident Response, or Identity and Access Management solutions
