A company is looking for a Lead Internal Auditor (Remote option). Key Responsibilities Lead assurance and advisory engagements to evaluate internal controls and operational effectiveness Oversee the development and follow-up of corrective action plans to address identified risks Coach and direct junior auditors while collaborating with leadership across the organization Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in healthcare, accounting, finance, IT, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Certification as a Certified Healthcare Internal Audit Professional (CHIAP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) is required Minimum of 5 years of progressive internal audit or related experience, preferably in healthcare Expert knowledge of Global Internal Audit Standards and risk identification and mitigation Strong knowledge of data analytics and experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
