A company is looking for a TeleAdvice Support team member for Virtual Care. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate support to customers via phone, video, SMS, or chat Obtain pet histories and provide recommendations based on established protocols Manage medical records and perform administrative duties when not interacting with customers Required Qualifications and Education 5+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant, with ER and GP experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Experience with triage or remote work preferred Licensed Veterinary Technician preferred but not required Must be willing to work EST and reside in specific states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, or TX
