A company is looking for a Part Time Enrollment Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Utilize specialized enrollment software to call Medicare patients and encourage enrollment Explain the program, address patient inquiries, and document call outcomes thoroughly Communicate recurring issues and trends to management and perform other assigned duties Required Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, call center, or outbound phone roles Fluent in English with strong telephonic skills Personable, outgoing, and compassionate with a passion for healthcare Organized and autonomous, able to work with minimal supervision Experience with Excel and Google Sheets; able to work 20 hours per week between 9:30am and 5:30pm EST
