New York Oncology Nurse

A company is looking for an Oncology Triage Nurse (8:30AM - 5:00PM Shift). Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health through phone, email, and video communication Support members throughout the oncology care continuum, coordinating care and providing clinical support as needed Participate in case conferences and collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor member progress and develop targeted support plans Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license required At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in solid tumor oncology nursing Oncology-related certifications required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire Compact + single state licensure in New York and/or Illinois is preferred Ability to work up to 2 holidays per year as needed
