Oracle HCM Functional Analyst
A company is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HRIS projects, including system design, implementation, and post-launch support
Ensure data integrity and compliance through audits and monitoring of workforce data quality
Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in HRIS administration, system implementation, or HCM analytics
1-2 years of hands-on experience with HR technology platforms such as UKG, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP
Experience with system security, compliance reporting, and HR technology governance preferred
