Pharmacy Technician Advocate

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians via phone, email, and chat
Resolve inquiries and issues related to claims processing and eligibility, while documenting engagement outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall member, physician, and pharmacy experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Willingness to obtain certification as a pharmacy technician within one year of hire
Flexibility with scheduling, including rotating Saturdays and evening shifts
Reliability and punctuality
