Principal Incident Commander

A company is looking for a Principal Incident Commander - Hybrid. Key Responsibilities Direct SREs and other leaders to restore service during Major Incidents while maintaining accurate incident progress updates Develop and evolve the Incident Management practice, utilizing metrics for global process improvements Lead Post Incident Review meetings and document information to enhance process improvement and create an Incident Knowledge Base Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Extensive experience with incident management in a cloud-based environment Broad knowledge of cloud infrastructure and related technologies (AWS/Azure, databases, etc.) Strong leadership skills to manage service teams during high-pressure incidents Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
