A company is looking for a Start Smart Coach responsible for coaching clients to maximize key focus areas during the Start Smart coaching approach. Key Responsibilities Utilize consultative methods to effect change in key areas Conduct weekly/bi-weekly coaching sessions to confirm and measure implemented changes Update CRM with necessary notes and changes while promoting additional products Required Qualifications 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred 2 years of Automotive Service Department management preferred Ability to present training material engagingly Proven ability to lead clients to desired solutions Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively
