Sales Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist II to support sales objectives and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, modify, and deliver customer-facing documentation in support of sales objectives
Engage with clients and partners to process requests and manage order reconciliation using Salesforce and CPQ
Support data hygiene and business operations through auditing Salesforce and participating in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
4+ years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
Minimum of 2 years in an order processing or technical customer support role
Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience, including working with Opportunities and creating quotes in CPQ
Experience in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to changing priorities
Passion for understanding client needs and providing high-level service
