Senior Process Design Engineer
A company is looking for a Senior Process Design Engineer to lead the design of critical process systems in the pharmaceutical and health-focused engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and revision of P&IDs for pharmaceutical process systems and coordinate with validation teams
Design laboratory layouts and aseptic production lines, ensuring proper workflow and compliance with cleanroom standards
Specify and size HVAC systems for controlled environments and develop comprehensive Revit models for project documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, preferably with a focus on Pharmaceutical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in designing process systems for pharmaceutical or biotech facilities
Expert proficiency in Revit and strong background in AutoCAD or CADWorx for P&ID development
Thorough understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and cleanroom standards
Experience supporting commissioning and validation activities
