Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition who will focus on recruiting experienced talent in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions and facilitate the interview process
Conduct passive candidate recruitment and maintain key client relationships to provide strategic hiring advice
Required Qualifications
Three (3)+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, preferably with in-house and agency experience
A bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related discipline is desirable
Prior experience in the financial services or professional services sectors is preferred
Significant experience in U.S. recruitment, with expertise in identifying and sourcing candidates
Familiarity with ATS software, preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud
