A company is looking for a Senior Researcher, User Research. Key Responsibilities Plans and conducts user research activities and translates findings into actionable customer insights Contributes to the product development process by identifying customer needs and continuously gathering feedback Leads design thinking workshops and creates clear research roadmaps for software product development teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience Master's degree in a relevant field with 0-2 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience Experience applying user research methods in a business setting Familiarity with methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean UX
