A company is looking for a Sponsorship Business Development Representative to join their League Operations Team. Key Responsibilities Research and outreach to youth sports organizations for sponsorship opportunities Maintain high-quality prospect and customer data, tracking all contact activities Participate in campaign planning and reviews to ensure alignment with Brand partner needs Required Qualifications Strong familiarity with the youth sports landscape and/or sponsorships Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRMs, Microsoft Office, and internet research tools preferred 1 year of cold calling experience in new business development or related fields preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility and coachability in adapting to new approaches and strategies
