A company is looking for a Student Support Coach to enhance the online graduate student experience at partner institutions. Key Responsibilities Meet with and advise students on strategies for academic success Monitor student progress and address potential concerns Create and facilitate new student orientation sessions and social programs Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience working at a university Master's degree in student affairs, higher education, social work, counseling, or related field Working knowledge of FERPA regulations Ability to work occasional hours on weekends and evenings Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
