A company is looking for a Subrogation Recovery Specialist responsible for analyzing and recovering funds related to accidents, injuries, or illnesses caused by third parties. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain a variety of cases with accurate documentation from creation to recovery Prepare correspondence, liens, claims, and other documents to facilitate case recovery Negotiate settlement amounts and process claim disputes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a legal or insurance setting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Working knowledge of the subrogation industry and HIPAA privacy rules Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
