Technical Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Guide operational excellence for technology delivery and generate SLA/Operational reports
Oversee day-to-day production support and manage issue resolution for core administrative systems
Lead customer calls and coordinate with offshore teams while managing a team of associates
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years' experience in a mid to large size production support environment
Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field
Experience managing projects and tasks in a technical support role
Familiarity with ITIL practices and software delivery
Experience in healthcare operations, particularly in enrollments, claims, and payments
