A company is looking for a Technical Operations Manager to lead the team responsible for the Zendesk ecosystem and its technical integrations. Key Responsibilities Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Zendesk platform Manage and mentor a global team of Zendesk Administrators and developers Oversee vendor integrations and custom applications to ensure reliability and security Required Qualifications Deep expertise in Zendesk and technical literacy in cloud hosting (AWS preferred) Experience in managing global technical teams Strong understanding of APIs and integration tools Proven ability to drive performance and establish KPIs Demonstrated resilience and autonomy in a fast-paced environment
