Training Delivery Specialist

A company is looking for a Training Delivery Specialist (Contract). Key Responsibilities Design and deliver skilling strategies, workshops, and learning pathways for diverse audiences Develop and curate training content on Microsoft technologies including Copilot, Azure services, and Power Platform tools Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess learning needs and track learner engagement and outcomes Required Qualifications Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform Experience designing and delivering training for both technical and non-technical audiences Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, and/or M365 Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
