Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and execution of brand strategies and identities for office buildings
Develop and implement placemaking services to enhance tenant engagement and drive leasing outcomes
Utilize data analytics to refine strategies and ensure scalable execution of branding and placemaking initiatives
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in brand strategy, placemaking, or experiential marketing
Experience in commercial real estate or hospitality amenity sector is preferred
Proficiency in GSuite and ability to learn various operating platforms quickly
Proven track record of managing teams effectively for 5-7 years
Ability to develop scalable processes and utilize data for strategic decision-making
