A company is looking for a Windows Engineer I to provide 24x7 support for Windows OS managed customer environments. Key Responsibilities Provide quality internal and external customer service Identify and troubleshoot issues within diverse client environments Drive Microsoft Windows Server issues to resolution while maintaining communication with system owners Required Qualifications Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform job responsibilities Prior experience in relevant fields, particularly in the data center industry is preferred Familiarity with Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, and WSUS is a plus Ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based applications
