A company is looking for a Windows Engineer II responsible for providing 24x7x365 support for Windows OS managed customers. Key Responsibilities Provide quality internal and external customer service Install Windows servers and ensure quality assurance Troubleshoot and resolve customer operating system issues Required Qualifications 2 - 5 years of experience with Windows Server Operating Systems (2012 - 2019) Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP Experience with Remote Desktop Services (RDS) or Terminal Services Understanding of virtualization environments including VMware and Hyper-V Ability to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and off-hour maintenance responsibilities
