A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage client accounts for a legal marketing firm. Key Responsibilities Onboard new clients and guide them through the Intake process Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensure their satisfaction Review marketing results with clients and recommend additional services when appropriate Required Qualifications Own a computer, phone, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace Available for at least 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Comfortable learning about various attorney practice areas Willing to study the company's marketing approach Familiarity with RingCentral and Zoho is a plus
