Key Responsibilities Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial reporting Oversee client engagements, including revenue cycle management and compliance with GAAP Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager in rapidly growing firms 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
