A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to manage patient adherence to Positive Airway Pressure devices. Key Responsibilities Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and insurance claims to ensure compliance Monitor and manage client compliance with PAP equipment and programs Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services Two years of work-related experience required for senior level positions Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
