A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member for the FPSY 572 Foundations of Trauma Treatment course.
Key Responsibilities
Teach and facilitate the FPSY 572 course focusing on trauma assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
Address the personal and social effects of trauma, considering various biopsychosocial factors
Guide students in understanding assessment and intervention skills for diverse populations affected by trauma
Required Qualifications
Clinical, law enforcement, or community corrections professional work experience
Knowledge of forensic criminal court proceedings and court-ordered assessments
Experience with diverse populations in corrections or mandated treatment settings
Relevant advanced degrees (LMFT, LFCC, Ph.D., Ed.D, Psy.D.)
Must be a California resident; prior teaching experience preferred
