Key Responsibilities Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements using various communication channels Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain time zones Experience in claims handling or related field preferred Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities efficiently Familiarity with negotiation processes in injury settlements Availability to work Monday-Friday during specified time zone hours
