Key Responsibilities
Define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of voice technology products
Manage strategic product vision, discovery, roadmaps, and backlog
Collaborate with stakeholders to execute go-to market and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in project management and managing senior management expectations
Experience in customer journey mapping
High expertise in telephony systems such as Avaya, Amazon Connect, Cisco, or Genesys
Comprehensive understanding of call center operations and call routing design
Familiarity with data querying languages like SQL, MySQL, or R
