Business Operations Associate
A company is looking for a Business Operations Associate to support the Finance and Operations team in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with grants administration, including organization and support for applications and document management
Provide human resources support, including recruitment coordination and employee onboarding
Perform general administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements and data management
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional administrative or data entry experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 internships
Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in Google Suites tools, particularly Google Sheets
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software tools
Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is considered a plus
